1 Prospect Part West is uniquely situated at the very north west corner of Prospect Part, overlooking Grand Army Plaza. The one-hundred year old building was originally built for the Knights of Columbus.

LJI Projects has been contracted to manage all aspects of the design and construction of 1 Prospect Park West. This is a multi-year project that will culminate with 63 luxury condominiums.
