For the New Museum, we were asked to analyze their adjacent property and develop a strategy to meet both their immediate and long-term expansion goals.
Working with the Board of Directors we outlined several scenarios to analyze.
The final deliverable included a formal presentation and report detailing each of multiple scenarios including zoning analysis, pro formas, legal research, and project cost estimations.
